The role includes phone reception, chart maintenance, and coordination with physicians’ offices to ensure a smooth patient flow.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and healthcare terminology knowledge, with experience in scheduling/registration preferred.

Formación

• Experience in healthcare terminology is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and patient registration is beneficial.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy practices is required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers at the front desk and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Answer phone calls, manage voicemails, and route communications.
• Schedule procedures, track no-shows, and communicate with physicians as needed.
