Formación

• Experience in patient-facing roles and healthcare terminology is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple clerical tasks (registration, scheduling, data entry).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers; route calls and messages to the appropriate party.
• Perform patient registration, scheduling, and data entry duties.
• Prepare patient charts and coordinate with physicians' offices as needed.
