HonorHealth is seeking a friendly Patient Services Associate to act as the first point of contact in the Primary Care-Thompson Peak team in Scottsdale. You will manage patient registration, scheduling, and routine clerical tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, directing them to the appropriate staff, handling phone inquiries and registrations, coordinating with physicians’ offices, and supporting billing and chart maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in healthcare related field and knowledge of medical terminology, or scheduling/registration experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; answer phones; direct information to appropriate staff.
• Perform scheduling for procedures and manage patient flow; track no-shows and communicate with physicians.
