Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and register patients across the Jefferson Health System.
• Use EMR to complete scheduling, confirm appointments, obtain and/or verify demographic information, verify insurance eligibility, and resolve user issues.
• Coordinate referrals and insurance requirements to maximize benefits and ensure compliance with payor rules.
• Utilize central scheduling telephony software to manage call volume and requests.
• Meet qualitative and quantitative performance targets as a team.
