Qualifications

• 1 year related scheduling experience required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Able to use scheduling and EMR systems efficiently.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and register patients in the system.
• Verify demographics and insurance information per protocols.
• Utilize EMR and scheduling software to manage calls and requests.
