You will coordinate visits, referrals, and patient information while delivering welcoming, courteous service.

Ideal candidates will handle HIPAA requirements, EMTALA reminders, and collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure timely access to care and smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with medical office scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments per guidelines and provide details.
• Monitor schedules, reminder calls, and reschedule as needed.
• Review provider schedules to avoid gaps and improve access.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance for accurate records.
• Answer calls and route messages to the appropriate team.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality in all activities.
• Enter referrals in Epic and manage status.
