Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to multi-channel inquiries regarding appointments, referrals, and refills per guidelines.
• Ensures proper patient identification, demographics, and insurance data are accurate.
• Performs front desk duties and scheduling at offsite practices as needed.
• Maintains patient records and collaborates with teams to improve performance.
• Exhibits empathy, professionalism, and efficient call handling to improve CX.
