Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Reception/front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, and collect co-pays.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route messages.
• Manage referrals and maintain accurate patient records in EPIC.
• Monitor wait times and communicate delays with empathy.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
