Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Answer phones, route inquiries, and make outbound appointment calls.
• Collect copays and reconcile daily transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain patient records and verify insurance details in the EPIC system.
• Communicate clearly about clinical staff and services to patients.
• Support referrals and follow-up scheduling to ensure continuity of care.
