Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Martha's Vineyard Hospital is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator who will provide critical administrative support to busy clinicians in an ambulatory setting. You will handle appointment scheduling, triage patient needs, and ensure accurate, confidential processing of information as part of the care team.

Under supervision of the Operations Manager, you will collaborate with providers, front desk staff, and patients to promote smooth workflows and a positive patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in call center or high-volume front desk roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to health care providers in a high-volume ambulatory setting.
• Serve as the primary interface between patients and providers; schedule appointments.
• Protect patient confidentiality and organize priorities within the care team.
