Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills for word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect privacy and PHI of patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients by phone or in person.
• Verify and update patient demographics in the registration system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals or tests.
• Collect payments and educate patients on financial responsibilities.
• Document all interactions in the EMR with accuracy.
