The role interfaces with Virtual Patient Registration Representatives and Patient Schedulers, requiring strong customer service, accurate data entry, and effective coordination of appointments and billing; weekend shifts and day/evening/night rotations are

Qualifications

• Experience in patient access or scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients to collect demographic and financial information for accurate registration.
• Obtains insurance cards and identification, updating medical records as needed.
• Manages co-pays and cash handling, ensuring accurate revenue accounting.
• Maintains work queues and delivers high-quality customer service.
• Answers calls, schedules appointments, and coordinates with clinical team as needed.
• Cleans and restocks registration equipment; performs other clerical duties.
