You will greet customers, collect demographic and financial information, verify insurance and identification, and coordinate with Virtual Patient Registration Representatives and Patient Schedulers.

You will also schedule follow-ups, provide cost estimates for upcoming visits, and ensure accurate registration and billing through professional interaction with patients and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Interviews patients to obtain demographic and financial information.
• Obtains insurance cards and updates records.
• Performs point of service data collection and handles co-pays.
