Responsibilities

• Login to the phone system and answer calls through the queue.
• Handle caller requests or transfer to the appropriate person.
• Schedule appointments for providers at all offices (excluding physical therapy).
• Register new patients in the PM system with demographics and insurance details.
• Verify insurance policy accuracy and active status.
• Register patients and schedule appointments from faxed requests.
• Scan records into patient charts.
• Handle prescription refills via phone and fax; coordinate with providers.
