Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience and/or training.
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and practices.
• Ability to meet production and quality standards.
• Willingness to provide excellent customer service and adhere to HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound calls with professional greeting and addresses patient needs.
• Obtains patient demographics, insurance info, and medical histories.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates care across locations.
• Maintains patient records and verifies insurance eligibility.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
• Triages calls and routes to appropriate staff as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of products and services and supports training initiatives.
