Southwest Spine and Pain Care Specialists seeks a patient‑facing front desk associate to greet visitors, answer calls, and schedule appointments. You will verify insurance, mail or email new patient packets, and maintain accurate patient records in the EHR while handling payments and coordinating referrals.

A positive, team‑oriented, multitasking mindset is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required, with healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes and greets patients and visitors in person.
• Respond to incoming phone requests from patients, physicians offices, and hospitals; answer inquiries or referring questions to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments in person or by telephone to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
• Verify schedules and insurances; ensure accurate new patient packets are mailed or emailed.
• Maintain and document patient information in the EHR; handle payments and insurance details.
• Keep reception areas organized and protect patient confidentiality.
