Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Full-Time Patient Access Center Representative for our Central Avenue location in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on scheduling in the call center, delivering excellent customer service, and guiding patients through pre-enrollment tasks.

The position requires at least two years in a call center or medical setting, with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/insurance and basic Microsoft Office skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and may include differential pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries related to scheduling patients for Terros Services.
• Verify clinical, financial, and insurance information.
• Triage requests and ensure timely completion.
• Pre-register patients and update information.
• Complete pre-enrollment duties and reporting tasks.
• Coordinate with back-office staff and providers.
