Terros Health seeks a Full-Time Patient Access Center Representative at our Central Avenue location in Phoenix, AZ. You will handle scheduling, patient inquiries, pre-registration, insurance verifications, and clear communication with back-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a high-volume call center or medical setting, are bilingual in Spanish a plus, and are proficient with NextGen EHR and Microsoft Office. No weekends; 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of call center or medical setting experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing helpful.
• Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Perform patient pre-registration and insurance verifications.
• Capture and document clinical, financial and administrative data accurately.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely service delivery.
