The role supports a holistic care approach across primary care, mental health, and substance use treatment. The ideal candidate has at least one year in front office customer-facing service within healthcare or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year front office, customer-facing service experience in healthcare, hospitality, or banking.
• Familiarity with health insurance eligibility and electronic health record management systems (NextGen preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; well organized with strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional and courteous manner and assist their needs with compassion.
• Process patient check-in and notify staff of arrivals; update information during auto-flow.
• Review and update daily schedules and collect necessary data accurately.
• Gather and maintain patient demographics in compliance with guidelines.
