Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Health Center Relations Specialist to greet patients, manage check-in, collect demographics, and coordinate with clinical staff at our McDowell Health Center. This front-line role emphasizes compassionate customer service in a healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of front office or patient-facing experience in healthcare or related fields, knowledge of health insurance basics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Experience in patient check-in, scheduling, and intake is desirable.
• Knowledge of health insurance basics (Medicare/Medicaid/commercial plans) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals entering the clinic in a courteous, professional manner.
• Process patient check-in and notify staff of arrivals.
• Update daily schedules and collect/verify patient demographics.
• Maintain accurate patient information in compliance with guidelines.
