Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collects co-payments when applicable.
• Obtains signatures for consent and insurance/billing details.
• Assesses patient needs including financial counseling and interpreter services.
• Receives and directs phone calls.
