Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic math skills for processing simple payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in and out for appointments.
• Verify and update insurance information at every visit.
• Accept payments, issue receipts, and update journal as needed.
• Schedule for new appointments and follow up on voicemails.
• Coordinate with providers on patient prescription refills as needed.
• Register new patients in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Run Automatic Eligibility Verifications.
• Maintain knowledge of HealthLinc Patient Resources.
