UP Health System - Portage, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support patient flow and administrative tasks at our Western Michigan facility.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the patient referral process and obtains pre-certifications as requested by providers.
• Greet patients; check-in, check-out, scheduling and manage telephone messages.
• Collects and posts co-pays, deductibles and past due balances at the time of service.
