Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Schedules, checks in/out patients for appointments.
• Verifies and updates insurance information.
• Receives calls and routes to appropriate destination.
• Accepts payments, issues receipts, and updates journal.
• Coordinates with providers on prescription refills.
• Registers new patients per policies.
• Runs automatic eligibility verifications.
• Follows up on voicemails and sets appointments.
• Maintains HealthLinc patient resources and supports PCMH initiatives.
