Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and collect co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay amounts.
• Perform financial analysis and explain patient financial responsibilities.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with end-of-shift procedures.
• Communicate clearly with patients and collaborate across departments.
