Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in hospital/medical scheduling is preferred.
• Must be able to handle high call volumes with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet callers and schedule patient appointments per protocols.
• Assist with subspecialty/location-based scheduling and physician selection.
• Process calls efficiently and manage peak volumes while maintaining accuracy.
