Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out, scheduling, and telephone/messages.
• Facilitate patient referrals and obtain pre-certifications as requested by providers.
• Collect and post co-pays, deductibles and past-due balances at the time of service.
