Responsibilities

• Generate a patient MRN and use MRN checker.
• Verify patient identity by name and date of birth.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Determine if patient’s insurance is contracted with USC.
• Edit insurance information as appropriate.
• Resolve all GE Centricity Alerts.
