Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in/arrival and scheduling with physicians
• Collect and verify insurance information and demographics
• Obtain required documents and ensure they are scanned in EMR
• Verify insurance benefits and co-pays, coordinate with Financial Counselor
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with patients and staff
• Prepare charts and ensure proper documentation for physician review
• Close out batches, balance cash drawer, and prepare deposits
