Responsibilities

• Greet patients and caregivers professionally and register them, verify identity, and document arrival in the EMR.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and relay urgent information to care team.
• Create and maintain patient charts in EMR and billing systems; respond to record requests per HIPAA.
• Collect and post patient payments, balance cash drawers, and assist with daily close procedures.
• Provide cross-site coverage and support across Patient Services stations as trained.
