Paycom in Falls Church, VA is seeking a friendly Medical Office Scheduler to be the first point of contact for patients and coordinate appointments. You will manage demographic and insurance data in the EMR and schedule efficiently per clinic guidelines.

The role requires 2–3 years in a medical office, strong multitasking and communication skills, and the ability to travel between locations as needed. Full-time on-site position with standard benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of medical office experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume doctors office.
• Ability to use a multi-line phone system.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication with patients and providers.
