Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures and verifies key ADT information is current and accurate for patient safety, charging, coding, and billing.
• Schedules all new and follow-up patient appointments; communicates cancellations to providers as needed.
• Completes regulatory, financial, and contractual forms; ensures proper filing and legibility.
• Uses price estimation tool during registration to provide accurate patient estimates.
• Meets up-front collection targets including deposits, amounts due, co-pays, and prior balances.
• Participates in QA by using system queues and reducing errors in registration processes.
