Job summary

You will answer calls, complete follow-up and referral work queues, and provide cost estimates and itineraries for upcoming appointments.

Level I schedulers are expected to handle multiple service lines within the market and cross-train for coverage as needed, ensuring smooth patient flow and strong

Qualifications

• Patient identification, registration, and scheduling with estimates
• Full pre-registration and verification of insurance eligibility
• Coordinate scheduling of services and procedures
• Handle calls, follow-up and referral queues, ticket scheduling
• Accurately enter data into the electronic health record
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality service

Responsibilities
