• Ensures entries in medical records are clear and compliant with standards.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves routine questions via phone, email, and portal requests.
• Monitors and updates patient funding information and explains financial responsibilities.
• Identifies emergent health situations and notifies appropriate response teams as needed.
