This role provides advanced patient access, intake coordination, and scheduling support for complex cases, acting as a subject matter expert and mentor for the Clinic Patient Access team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare scheduling or patient-access experience.
• 2+ years medical terminology and understanding of clinical workflow.
• Experience managing complex scheduling scenarios and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced scheduling support for complex, high acuity patient populations.
• Serve as clinic resource regarding access, scheduling, billing, and related questions.
• Mentor Clinic Patient Access Representatives and share knowledge related to scheduling and workflows.
• Complete referrals and specialty scheduling as assigned.
