  • Enter patient demographic and financial information into EMR and billing systems.
  • Schedule appointments and reconcile charges; assist with registration and pre-visit tasks.
  • Answer phones, route calls, and provide information to patients to minimize delays.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and assist in charge reconciliation and scheduling workflows.
