• Responds to patient/physician inquiries, handles billing questions, and provides basic technical support.
• Transfers or escalates emergent situations and uses EMR data in line with protocols.
• Determines when to contact administrators or on-call staff and documents actions.
• Maintains a balance between inbound and outbound activity and outbound communications to meet targets.
• Monitors schedules, reports issues, and ensures efficient patient access targets.
