Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound inquiries by phone, email, and other interfaces.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage referrals.
• Process and protect sensitive information across multiple systems.
• Follow disaster protocols and escalate when needed.
• Monitor schedules and communicate updates to patients and staff.
• Adhere to UR Medicine protocols and system requirements.
