Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact between patients and physician practices.
Greet patients and provide courteous customer service.
Schedule patients, route calls, and enter information into scheduling system.
Process registrations and verify demographics and insurance.
Collect patient payments and reconcile cash drawer daily.
Assist with referrals, authorizations, and MyChart usage.
Help maintain patient charts and ensure accurate medical records.
