Responsibilities

• Engages patients/families to keep them updated on visit status and plans.
• Performs registration tasks including demographics, insurance verification, MSQP/LTS, ABNs and financial screening.
• Resolves scheduling conflicts with care teams and uses EMR (InBasket, notices, prescriptions) per guidelines.
• Creates and sends appointment letters, reschedules as needed and meets scheduling metrics.
