Qualifications

• Two to four years of related registration/receptionist experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• Two to four years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and family members in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Complete patient registration and obtain required patient/guardian signatures.
• Create accurate chart labels and patient identification bands; perform data entry into the medical record system.
• Manage multi-line phone switchboard and coordinate communication between the OR, recovery, and waiting room.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient medical records and documentation.
