Qualifications

• Understanding of revenue cycle and posting payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them for services.
• Collect co-pays and deposits and balance to cash drawer.
• Explain forms and obtain signatures as required.
• Verify insurance and coordinate Medicaid Passport authorizations as needed.
• Schedule appointments and guide patients on portal usage.
