Job summary

JPS Health Network in Azle is hiring a Patient Access Call Center Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling. This role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience.

You will coordinate patient access to care while ensuring a high-quality patient experience. Candidates with an Associate's degree and prior experience in a healthcare setting will be preferred. The position is full-time with varying work hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of practical experience with computer programs and/or applications.
• Required to pass assigned training knowledge and application exit exam within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inbound/outbound calls of appointment scheduling.
• Assists patients with needs and questions in a timely manner.
• Coordinates and schedules appointments to expedite patient access.
