Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year PACC experience in HSR I role.
• 6+ months HSR I in Radiology with high scorecard.
• 3+ months in Radiology HSR I role shows competency.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, confirms and cancels appointments and answers calls from various sources.
• Coordinate collaboration between internal partners and providers.
• Resolve patient issues and provide comprehensive service to callers.
• Maintain computer skills to use relevant software for Answering Service and Radiology areas.
