Job summary

Aleutian Pribilof Islands Association, Inc. in Anchorage, AK seeks a Registration & Scheduling Technician to register and schedule patients, perform clerical and billing duties, and respond to emails and phone calls in a fast-paced clinic environment.

You will support providers with patient care, assist with Behavioral Health Services, ensure follow-ups are completed, and maintain confidentiality while working with a diverse patient base. CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior health-related office experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records is preferred and beneficial.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule patients; provide quality customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist with clerical and billing duties and respond to emails and phone calls.
• Support providers and Behavioral Health Services; ensure follow-up care is completed.
