Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially patient registration, insurance verification, or customer service, is preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and scheduling software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify personal, financial, and insurance information for accuracy.
• Input demographic and insurance details into the EHR system.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility before appointments or procedures.
• Assist patients with payment options, setting up payment plans, and financial assistance programs as necessary.
