Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• Two-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients, confirm arrival/appointment times and instructions.
• Register and check in patients, provide forms and direct to correct location.
• Collect co-pays/deductibles/balances accurately.
• Assist patients with follow-up appointments at checkout.
