Baptist Health BHMG Pain Management seeks a Patient Access Representative to greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, register patients, and coordinate appointments. You will assist with patient payments and financial counseling as needed, ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate records.

The role requires strong clerical skills and excellent customer service, with experience in a medical office preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clerical experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Other education preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and visitors and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Register patients and obtain necessary signatures; schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Handle switchboard, patient payments, and medical records management with accuracy.
