Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years customer service experience in healthcare or call center.
• Healthcare office or healthcare call center experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect personal and insurance information.
• Review provider schedules to ensure correct appointment placement.
• Route calls to appropriate departments and respond to questions.
• Encourage and assist patients with MyChart setup.
• Reschedule appointments as needed and maintain professional interactions.
