Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or call center.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm, friendly greeting and engage in conversation to determine needs.
• Consistently collect patient personal and insurance information, updating as needed.
• Review provider schedules to ensure correct appointment placement.
• Follow triage protocol when needed.
• Route calls to appropriate departments with a warm handoff and assist with patient questions.
• Reschedule appointments as scheduling conflicts arise and help with MyChart setup where applicable.
